The 4th Annual CGA Golf Tournament

When:	Saturday July 19, 2008
Where:	The Homestead Golf Course 11500 W Hampden Ave Lakewood, CO 80227
Time:	7:30 A.M. Shotgun Start, 18-hole golf tournament will be played in a four-person scramble format Burger/Brat Lunch and Awards/Prizes Ceremony after!
Cost:	ONLY $120/per player Registration includes green-fee, cart, range balls and burger/brat lunch OR Sponsor a Hole for just $100/per hole.  This is a great way for companies, non-golfers and anyone else wanting to participate in the day! NOTE: Please let us know how the Sponsor a Hole sign should read by putting the name in the "Your Notice To Us" field as you are checking out.
Why:	All profits from the event will DIRECTLY benefit retired racing greyhounds in Colorado.  CGA is a 501-C3 non-profit organization, and as such, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS
Register with a complete foursome or as an individual (we will complete your foursome with our lowest shooting greyhound or other players, if you prefer). *Registrations must be made by June 23rd to reserve your space.
